The multiple program facility i.e. automatic selection of the shut height and cushion stroke parameters as per the die no. selected. This eliminates manual errors, ensures press safety and improves productivity. When the hardware interlock of the die no. is selected, the "Shut Height Position OK " output prohibits incorrect press operation. The inbuilt PLC offers useful tool for synchronization of multiple presses operation with pick & place robots as well a press transfer line.
